The Rheingau Wine Week was officially opened on Friday, August 14, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. on the stage in front of City Hall. Wiesbaden’s Mayor Gert-Uwe Mende and Mayor Christiane Hinninger, together with the Rheingau and Wiesbaden wine royalty, gave the traditional kickoff.
