Girls'* Work in Wiesbaden
Numerous organizations, independent agencies, and dedicated professionals in community-based youth work in Wiesbaden are actively advocating for the interests of girls and everyone who identifies as female. They ensure that their concerns are also heard in the political arena.
Girls* Work has made it its mission to identify the diverse needs of girls, young women, and all those who identify as female. It designs programs for different target groups and facilitates individualized approaches.
In doing so, the Girls* Program takes into account the life situations of its participants, provides spaces for self-expression, and facilitates specific and diverse programs, initiatives, and participatory projects. The target group includes all individuals who identify as girls.
In this way, the Girls* Program creates spaces and opportunities for self-development, experimentation, and learning, and offers support and guidance for the career and life planning of girls and young women. At the same time, it facilitates educational processes and the acquisition of key competencies.
