Heat Pump Information Day – How Will We Heat Our Homes in the Future?
How can you switch to a heat pump in a single-family or two-family home? At the Heat Pump Information Day on October 27, you’ll learn about the technology, costs, incentives, and cost-effectiveness of heat pumps.
Which heat pump is right for my home? How can I make my building ready for a heat pump? How much does it cost to replace my heating system, and what funding options are available?
Answers to these and many other questions will be provided at the Heat Pump Information Day in Wiesbaden at the Schlachthof. The Environmental Agency of the state capital is organizing the event in collaboration with the Wiesbaden Climate Protection Agency.
Specialized companies will be providing individual advice to homeowners and interested renters at information booths starting at 4:00 p.m. Starting at 6:00 p.m., there will be practical presentations on heating system replacement and heat pumps.
The evening will be hosted by Anja Floetenmeyer-Woltmann, the initiator of the Heat Pump Information Days, who has been advising on the heat transition for many years, and Carsten Herbert, bestselling author of “Energiesparkommissar.” They will provide manufacturer-neutral, practical information on which solutions are suitable for different types of buildings and what is important when switching to a heat pump.
