At the Artothek, you can borrow original works of art—including paintings, prints, photographs, sculptures, and object art—for your home for a fee. The Artothek team is happy to assist you. Opening hours are Tuesday and Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Thursday, 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.; and the first Saturday of every month, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Browse through our extensive collection of artworks by artists from Wiesbaden, the surrounding region, and around the world in a pleasant atmosphere.
Enrich your home, practice, office, or business premises with artworks that inspire you. Approximately 4,000 works—including paintings, prints, photographs, sculptures, and object art—await you and are available for a six-month loan for a fee. Upon request, the loan period can be extended up to two times.
Be inspired and sign up—a valid ID is all you need to enrich your home or office with your chosen artwork. The Artothek team is here to assist you with relevant informational materials.
