Newsletter "Umweltinfo Wiesbaden"

The "Umweltinfos Wiesbaden" newsletter from the Wiesbaden Environmental Agency provides information on nature and environmental issues in Wiesbaden.

Dear reader,

How can justice and sustainability be thought of and shaped together in our society? Wiesbaden-based author Jürgen Drieschmanns provides exciting food for thought in his reading of the new book "In Zukunft anders - Impulse für eine gerechte und enkeltaugliche Wirtschaft".

The style advice at the Umweltladen is very practical: Here you can find out how to put together your wardrobe individually, stylishly and in an environmentally friendly way - and avoid bad purchases.

And for all those who want to enjoy the beautiful weather outside, we recommend the Forest Experience Day with information stands and hands-on activities for the whole family.

We hope you enjoy reading this issue - and have a great rest of the summer!

Swimming lake okay?!

For all swimming fans who prefer to swim in a lake rather than an outdoor pool, we recommend the website of the Hessian State Agency for Nature Conservation, Environment and Geology (HLNUG). Over 60 bathing waters - from natural idylls to reservoirs - promise cooling off in Hessen. The HLNUG has compiled general information on these and their current water quality.
