How do I submit a press inquiry to the city?

Please always direct press inquiries to the Press Office of the City of Wiesbaden. The best way to contact the staff is by e-mail, pressereferatwiesbadende They will also be happy to help you by telephone, (0611) 313302.

Please do not send press inquiries to departments, offices or other organizational units. This increases the workload. Your inquiries must be forwarded internally to the right departments. You will have to wait longer for answers. The Press Office coordinates your press inquiries within the administration and answers them as quickly as possible - often within one day.

Please also send interview requests to the Press Office. We will coordinate your interview requests within the administration.

By the way: The press office only answers media inquiries. Citizens with questions can contact the relevant departments or the town hall switchboard on (0611) 310.

How does the annual calendar help me in my work?

The Press Office always publishes the annual calendar at the end of the year. It contains a preview of important events in Wiesbaden in the coming year and is intended to make the work of journalists easier.

  • Events: In addition to dates of festivals, notches, fairs and markets, concerts, city tours, readings, pheasantry offers and special sports attractions are also listed.
  • Anniversaries: The calendar contains noteworthy events that will be celebrated in the coming year.
  • Contact persons: The calendar lists contact persons of institutions and facilities that organize special events and report them to the Press Office for the annual calendar
