Full closure of Klarenthaler Straße leading out of town
On Klarenthaler Straße in Westend, the outbound lane between the Gneisenaustraße junction and the Haus der Jugend Klarenthaler Straße 25 will be fully closed from Monday, April 7 until probably Friday, April 18. The reason for this is the renovation of the Elsässer Platz bus stop.
The closure also affects bicycle traffic. Pedestrians can use their usual routes. In this area, traffic will be directed in both directions via the lane of Klarenthaler Straße facing into the city. The parking spaces of the kindergarten at Klarenthaler Straße 25 and the parking lot managed by WiBau will not be accessible via Klarenthaler Straße during the construction period due to the full closure, but via Goebenstraße and Elsässer Platz. The respective exits from the kindergarten and from the WiBau parking lot onto Klarenthaler Straße can still be used during the construction period. Replacement bus stops will be set up in both directions by ESWE Verkehr.
