"Coffee with music": Concerts for older people at the Kulturforum
The Wiesbaden Music and Art School (WMK) will be serving "Coffee with Music" on Wednesday, March 12, at 3 p.m. in the Kulturforum, Friedrichstraße 16.
The varied concert in collaboration with the Department of Social Work for the Elderly offers a musical range from classical music to folklore and traditional folk songs. The program includes solo contributions on the piano, saxophone, violin and vocals. In addition, the Suzuki Ensemble with young string players, the World Music Ensemble and the Veeh harp group will also be performing. Pupils from the WMK and students from the Wiesbaden Music Academy will present works by Bach, Poulenc, Schumann and Tchaikin, among others. During the interval, visitors will be served coffee and snacks.
Admission costs 4 euros including coffee and snacks, concessions 2 euros. Tickets can be reserved by telephone on (0611) 313502. Tickets are also available at the box office.
