Local councils meet
The Amöneburg, Breckenheim, Kostheim, Biebrich, Nordost and Rheingauviertel/Hollerborn local councils will be meeting next week. At the public meetings, citizens have the opportunity to ask questions before the agenda is taken up. Further information on the meetings can also be found at piwi.wiesbaden.de.
The meeting of the Amoeneburg local advisory council will take place on Tuesday, March 11, 6.30 pm, at the Johann Heinrich Wichern School, Dyckerhoffstrasse 22. The new head of the 5th police station, Petra Werner, will introduce herself to the members of the local council. Other items on the agenda are "AKK Finance Commission", "Financial resources of the local advisory council", "Maintenance work on the boules court" and "Grant application - Schierstein billiard club".
The members of the Breckenheim local advisory council will meet on Wednesday, March 12, at 6 p.m. in the Breckenheim elementary school auditorium, Am Alten Weinberg 50. The agenda includes the "Concept procedure for new housing in Breckenheim" and the local advisory council's financial resources. Motions on the agenda include "Finding a location for a special school", "Extending 30 km/h zones" and "Replanting trees in various parts of the district".
The members of the Kostheim local advisory council will meet on Wednesday, March 12, at 6.30 p.m. in the local administration building in Kastel/Kostheim, St. Veiter Platz 1. The agenda includes an exchange with department head Milena Löbcke on pediatric care, an exchange with the city planning office on the expansion of childcare/linden district and an exchange with Wiesbaden Marketing on the Rheingau-Taunus Culture and Tourism funding application. Other items on the agenda include the proposals "User fees for the ESWE indoor swimming pool for the Kostheim gymnastics club", "Inspection of the bridges in Kostheim" and "Ensuring medical care in AKK". The members also discuss their financial resources.
The Biebrich local advisory council will meet on Wednesday, March 12, at 6.30 pm in the local administration building, Rathausstraße 63. The members of the local council will discuss the "Development of residential areas - project-related development plan 'Nansenstraße' in the Biebrich district - decision to prepare", the "Flute player fountain on the banks of the Rhine", the "Traffic trial car-free Rehinufer", the report and recommendations of the traffic working group and the local council's financial resources. A parliamentary group motion has been submitted on the "Development of the customs ensemble".
The members of the North-East Local Advisory Council will meet on Wednesday, March 12, at 7 p.m. in the Town Hall, Room 22, Schlossplatz 6. The agenda includes the motions "Learning from mistakes" and "Heavy goods traffic on Schützenstraße". The members will also discuss their financial resources.
The Rheingauviertel/Hollerborn local advisory council will meet on Thursday, March 13 at 7 p.m. in the event hall of the Hilde-Müller-Haus, Wallufer Platz 2. Items on the agenda include the local advisory council's financial resources and the establishment of a loading zone in Dotzheimer Straße. Motions from the parliamentary groups deal with topics including "Alternate-side parking in Mittelheimer Straße/planting at the side entrance to the playground", "Safety on footpaths and securing flower beds along Rauenthaler Straße", "Speed reduction to 40 km/h on the 2nd ring road" and "Space situation and structural defects at schools in the Rheingauviertel/Hollerborn district".
