The Cash and Tax Office, Administrative Enforcement Department, is the local authority responsible for the enforcement of dunned but unpaid claims.

In addition to municipal benefits and services, requests for administrative assistance also include claims from external creditors. The requesting authorities as well as the Wiesbaden Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the Wiesbaden Chamber of Crafts and ARD ZDF Deutschlandradio instruct the Office, Department of Administrative Enforcement, to enforce unpaid claims.
