Appointments are generally available in our online scheduling system (opens in a new tab) for the Citizen Service Center and local administrations for the next four weeks. Additionally, new appointments are added daily and weekly, so it’s worth checking the schedule regularly.

In urgent emergencies, please contact the on-site service desk directly—we’ll be happy to assist you.

When booking an appointment, please select all the services you require. Appointment times are precisely tailored to the specific service.

If you have multiple issues, these must be fully specified at the time of booking so that we can schedule sufficient time for your appointment.

If not all services are selected correctly, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that your issues will be addressed. Furthermore, this leads to delays in the process—at the expense of citizens who arrive on time for their appointments and have booked their requests completely and correctly. We would like to avoid this.
