Wiesbaden Casino Society
The Wiesbaden Casino Society is one of the oldest civic associations in the city of Wiesbaden.
The starting point for the founding of the Wiesbaden Casino Society in 1816 were the so-called "Casini" - country houses of the nobility in 18th century Italy, where people met in convivial company. Over time, these casino societies sprang up all over Europe.
The Wiesbaden Casino Society has set itself the task of cultivating social and cultural life in the city of Wiesbaden. This includes, above all, maintaining the building, which was built in the austere historicist style by the architect Wilhelm Bogler between 1872 and 1874 on behalf of the Wiesbaden Casino Society. With its three-storey façade and high-quality artistic interior, the palace is one of the most beautiful representative buildings in the city and is now a listed building.
The people who gather here for concerts, balls, congresses, exhibitions or private parties know about the unique ambience of these rooms, which exude a festive, historical flair and are of timeless beauty.
The stylish Hall of Mirrors is available for civil weddings. It is barrier-free and can accommodate up to 90 people. After the ceremony, photos can be taken in the magnificent foyer.
