Validity Period

The validity period is one year. Any subsequent applications for additional exemptions submitted by the same applicant will be aligned with the duration of the first exemption.

The following documents must be included with the application:

Copy of the business registration

Copy of the craftsman’s license

Copy of the registration certificates, Part 1

Photos of the company vehicles (clearly showing the branding on both sides and the license plates)

The administrative fee (including expenses) is EUR 305.00 for the first exemption permit and EUR 161.00 for each additional original copy applied for at the same time.

For additional original copies of the permit, where the applicant remains the same and the application is submitted at a later date, an administrative fee of EUR 13.00 (1/12 of EUR 156.00) plus EUR 5.00 in expenses must be paid for each month or portion thereof remaining in the permit’s validity period, as specified in Section 10.

The fees will be invoiced by post.
