Do you need a civil partnership certificate? You can obtain this from the registry office that established the civil partnership. The registry office issues the civil partnership certificate from the civil partnership register.
The civil partnership certificate serves as proof that a civil partnership has been established. It includes the place and date of registration, the partners' first and last names, and information regarding their births.
You can obtain the civil partnership certificate in the following formats:
- Civil Partnership Certificate
- Family Register
- International (multilingual) civil partnership certificate
- Certified printout from the civil partnership registry
A certified transcript from the civil partnership registry contains all the information that the civil registry office has recorded in connection with the civil partnership.
