Maintenance matters - advice, support, notarization
Parents who care for and look after their child in their household and do not live together with the other parent who is liable for maintenance are advised and supported with regard to maintenance claims for underage children. The same applies to young adults up to the age of 21 with regard to their maintenance claims and unmarried mothers with regard to childcare maintenance from the father of their child.
Maintenance claims can be calculated and notarized and, if necessary, court proceedings can be initiated for minors to obtain a maintenance order.
