Who is allowed to view the files?
You may only view construction files in the archive if you can demonstrate a legitimate interest and the construction process has been completed.

What is included in the building files?
The building files contain all important documents related to a construction project, such as:

• Building permits
• Structural calculations
• Floor plans and other construction plans and drawings
• Letters and other documents related to the construction project

Who is authorized to view the files?
Only the owner of a property or the buildings located on it, or a person who has received written authorization from the owner. 

Important note:
If you need civil engineering and drainage files, you must request them separately from the Civil Engineering and Surveying Office.
