Who may view files?
You can only view construction files in the archive if you can prove a legitimate interest and the construction process has been completed.

What is in the construction files?
The construction files contain all the important documents relating to a construction project, for example

• Building permits
• Statics calculations
• Floor plans and other building plans and drawings
• Letters and other documents relating to the construction project

Who can view the files?
Only the owner of a property or the buildings on it or a person who has received written authorization from the owner.

Important note:
If you require civil engineering and drainage files, you must apply for these separately at the Civil Engineering and Surveying Office.
