Real estate management
As SEG Wiesbaden mbH, we hold more than 50 properties in our own portfolio and are broadly positioned with our properties. Our portfolio consists of a mix of residential buildings, commercial properties, residential homes, mixed-use properties, special buildings such as schools and daycare centers, as well as land for the purpose of project development for Wiesbaden. As a municipal company, we are extensively involved in the operation of real estate for special social target groups and thus take on an important task in the community structure of the city in addition to the management of residential and commercial units.
Our housing stock is both publicly subsidized and privately financed. The focus is on providing affordable housing; by using various subsidy programs and, in some cases, privately financed housing stock, our offer is aimed at all income groups in our city.
In the commercial real estate sector, we rent to non-profit organizations and the city of Wiesbaden, as well as to institutions and associations. Other tenants are businesses, including start-ups, sports studios, restaurants, retailers and various companies from different sectors.
Our halls of residence are designed for people with different needs. Our portfolio includes several student residences, residences for assisted living and accommodation for refugees.
For all properties, special attention is paid to maintaining the established tenant
tenant structures with all their special features and needs as well as maintaining the value and friendly appearance of the facilities and their surroundings. As SEG, we see this on the one hand as a service to our customers and tenants and address the citizens of our city with this claim; on the other hand, we also want to make a contribution to maintaining the cityscape of Wiesbaden as a whole.
