What drives you? What is your motto?
Our motto is that IT should not be expensive, as all companies can no longer manage without IT these days. We face up to this challenge every day with our partners for our customers.
What is your start-up about and what is special about it?
From the very beginning, my start-up was about giving our customers the best service at the best price. In my work in the industry, I have seen a wide variety of practices from other service providers and I realized that people's ignorance was being played with. We want to change this and see ourselves as having a certain responsibility in doing so.
What are your first successes?
From an economic point of view, it is a success that we are growing every year and that our numbers and employees are being utilized more and more, and that we are allowed to grow. From a human point of view, it is a success that we are now able to spread the word about our goal in the media, such as the Wiesbadener Kurier.
What is your professional background?
I started working in IT when I was 11 years old. Some time later, after a lot of self-study, I started working in the field at 14 and moved between two employers between 14 and 15, but was finally hired by the largest German IT service provider and looked after national and international customers until I was 16. Then I started my own business and, due to the company's situation, I dropped out of school in October 2025 to concentrate fully on the company.
What was the trigger for you to start your own company?
My trigger was, on the one hand, the realization that customers' ignorance is being played with and capitalized on. Secondly, I wanted to enable people to work - not on the basis of origin, skin color or gender, but on the basis of knowledge and skills.
Who advised you, who are your helpers and mentors?
My friends, many of whom now work for me, have supported my project from the very beginning. In the meantime, a wide variety of people have left school early or changed their path for this company, which is of course an incredibly nice feeling when so many people believe in an idea.
How did you experience the first few days as a founder?
My first thoughts were classic joy. After holding my business license in my hand and going back to school, I felt incredible. I had missed the first two lessons that day, but it was definitely worth it.
What was your biggest challenge and how did you overcome it?
Challenges right from the start are and always will be finding customers. A company without sales and cash flow is doomed to fail, which is why this aspect has to be considered from the outset.
How do you draw attention to your company? What is your best marketing idea?
We advertise through satisfied customers. Be it the vet next door or the enterprise company. Our advertising budget is small because we prioritize other aspects.
How did you finance your start-up?
We started with 0 euros and have been investment-free ever since.
What dream would you still like to realize?
I want the name Becker-IT to stand for quality and the best service and we try to live up to this statement every day.

What is your special tip: What would you recommend to founders?
Even if it looks like it's all over, never stop. In the worst case scenario, the company goes bankrupt, but that's not the end.
