Industry Skilled Labor Initiative Forum
The "Industry Skilled Labour Initiative Forum" brings together HR managers from industrial companies and representatives of organizations twice a year to develop ideas and impetus for the industry skilled labour initiative.
The Skilled Workforce Initiative Industry Forum is about professional exchange, the further development of measures as part of the WI WORK LIFE | Industry skilled workforce initiative and input from practice for practice.
The common goal is to make industrial companies in Wiesbaden more visible
- more visible as attractive employers and
- and to support them in recruiting personnel and training marketing.
Who is involved? HR managers from industrial companies, the municipal JobCenter, the Employment Agency, school social work, the Wiesbaden Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Rhein-Main University of Applied Sciences and Fresenius University of Applied Sciences, the Association of Hessian Business Associations, trade unions and a number of educational institutions. The focus of the group is on companies - after all, we are doing this for them.
