The goal is to provide businesses with optimal conditions. Industry plays a key role in this context. We support the industry’s interests by assigning a dedicated contact person within the Economic Affairs Department. Through the Industry Advisory Board, Wiesbaden has created a productive forum for local networking among industrial companies and is setting an example for Wiesbaden as an industrial hub.

As the head of the Economic Affairs Department, I chair the Industry Advisory Board and represent the interests of the industrial sector, incorporating them into my work. I see my role as a “link” between the diverse interests of industry and city policy, with the goal of improving the framework conditions for local industrial companies. Together with the members, I want to strengthen Wiesbaden as an industrial hub and strategically integrate it into the future of the city’s development.
