In its anniversary year 2025, the central contact point for start-ups has launched a very special program: the start-up package. "Thanks to funding from the state capital of Wiesbaden and the Rheingau-Taunus district," says Viktoria Gheczy, "we are able to offer a very individual, intensive and free coaching program - with 1:1 support. Each participant receives coaching tailored to their needs - from the initial idea to the finished business strategy.

In personal one-to-one meetings and coaching sessions tailored to each participant, individual strengths and weaknesses are analyzed, the associated challenges are worked out and then tailor-made solutions are developed. The support ranges from the development of a convincing business plan and possible financing strategies to the development of a strong brand that can hold its own against the competition.

Following the coaching program, which lasts several months depending on individual needs, the start-ups receive further support. EXINA offers them the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of all important business topics in intensive online workshops, to network with decision-makers from the regional economy at events such as round tables and to benefit from the experience of long-standing successful business people as part of the mentoring program.
