The Kunstverein Bellevue-Saal is very proud to present Werner Cee, an internationally renowned artist whose large sound and light installations, among other things, combine sounds with photography and literary texts by Juna März for the first time.

The entire visual, sound and text material was created on a few square meters of living space - the property the artist couple moved into in 2008 in a secluded location in the middle of Germany. The change in seasonal and meteorological conditions, the slightest changes in light mood, cloud formations and vegetation become part of the everyday images, and thus also of the artistic visual and sound worlds, the literature and the composition.

The result is a view of a place where the perceptions of the most diverse living beings exist simultaneously. Which is the valid one?

Werner Cee's photographs at the edges of human perception sometimes seem like delicate drawings or abstract paintings, documentary sounds and electro-acoustic compositions react with each other, what seems strange is nevertheless part of our reality. The lyrical texts in turn confront archaic, "analog" experiences with our increasingly technologized new realities.
