Every month, visitors to the "sam - Stadtmuseum am Markt" choose their favorite item from the collections at a multimedia station. In June, the choice fell on a pastry syringe.

This object was donated to the collection of the Stadtmuseum. Pastry syringes are used for decorative decoration or for forming and portioning whipped cream, creams, purees or mayonnaise. Pastry syringes are also used to inject jam into crepes or Berlin pancakes.
