Structure of elementary school childcare services

The elementary schools with after-school care programs offer full-day care until 5:00 p.m. and three-quarters-day care until 3:00 p.m. to help families better balance work and family life. The two schools are part of the School Social Work for Children Division. As part of youth services, we address current childcare needs and help reduce disadvantages faced by children and families. Our collaboration with the various departments of the Wiesbaden Office of Social Work promotes the children’s academic development and supports their transition to secondary schools.
