The rights of use to all livestreams and videos of the state capital Wiesbaden are held by the state capital Wiesbaden. If you wish to use livestreams or videos, you require written permission from the city. This is also required if you only wish to use excerpts.

The city's permission for publication is automatically deemed to have been granted if you have written permission from all persons who can be seen or heard in your video excerpts that these persons agree to their publication by you. To the extent permitted by law, you may also use livestreams and videos without written permission. Reference is made in particular to Section 6 of the Copyright Act.
