The Engagement Team is a coordinating body between the city administration, city politics and civil society in the field of volunteering. One of its aims is to get people interested in the various forms of volunteering and to make the work of volunteers easier.

The Public Participation Team advises and supports colleagues from the city administration in the planning and implementation of projects with public participation. The team is also the point of contact for citizens on the subject of participation.
