The Public Relations and Agency Coordination Unit serves as the central point of contact for citizens, committees, and other agencies regarding road traffic in Wiesbaden. Our work combines expertise with citizen-focused communication to ensure your concerns reach the right place and solutions can be developed collaboratively.

We implement projects in the areas of mobility, traffic safety, and hazard prevention. In doing so, we help improve accessibility in Wiesbaden, create safe conditions for all road users, and enhance public safety. 

In doing so, we represent the Office of Road Traffic and City Police in public, respond to media inquiries, and regularly participate in city committees and on-site visits with residents.

Since May 16, 2025, this administrative unit has also been provisionally responsible for towing services, so that if your vehicle ever needs to be towed within the city limits, you can find competent contacts to handle the process.
