Professional drivers who transport people or goods commercially/professionally (bus and truck drivers) must also have a professional driver qualification and renew this every five years through further training. This was previously documented with key number 95 on the driver's license.

Since May 23, 2021, the driver qualification certificate (FQN) has been issued as an additional card for this purpose.
