The loss or theft of the registration certificate Part II must be reported to the registration authority in person. The loss or theft of a registration certificate part II is reported to the Federal Motor Transport Authority by the registration authority and published in the traffic bulletin. The new registration documents can only be collected after a period of approximately three weeks after the visit. The registration authority can provide information on the expected processing time.
The registration authority can request an affidavit on the whereabouts of the registration document.
