The Biebrich Children's, Youth and District Center, including the KinderKunstWerkstatt and the "Laden" in the Parkfeld district, is an institution of the Office for Social Work of the State Capital of Wiesbaden. They offer leisure, educational and meeting opportunities for children, young people and adults.

Our team consists of educators, social workers, cleaning and kitchen staff, an administrator and a qualified educationalist as manager. Our work is professionally supported by regular team meetings, networking in working groups and committees as well as further training.

We offer our children freedom, self-awareness, shared experiences, relationships, contacts, appreciation, trust, mutual respect and recognition.

We bring abstract concepts to life: solidarity, democracy, participation and human rights. We create new horizons through excursions, vacation trips, international children and youth encounters, extracurricular educational programs and projects. As a place of education in the heart of the district, uncomplicated and easy to reach, we address the interests of children and young people.

We help them to overcome everyday problems, offer advice and support for children, young people and parents in crisis situations, promote the strengths of girls and boys, encourage them to live and learn and create space for a colorful children's and youth culture.
