Urban project development
The development of urban development projects is SEG's core business. This involves examining the feasibility and economic viability of project plans and developing the entire planning process. This ranges from framework development and infrastructure planning in the run-up to development and project planning during implementation. The employees of SEG are currently working on over 140 projects within the boundaries of Wiesbaden for the citizens of this city. Wiesbaden is a rapidly growing city in the Rhine-Main region. In just a few months, over 300,000 people will be living here and further significant population growth is expected by 2035.
This is another reason why the development of sufficient living space and the improvement of infrastructure for the population are of particular importance. As part of sustainable settlement development, SEG identifies existing potential for residential development and works to actively and successfully convert this into usable living space in cooperation with representatives of the state capital and the relevant administrative offices. In connection with SEG's desire and task of continuing to provide affordable housing in various social areas in Wiesbaden, it is developing housing with a high quota of housing subsidies, apartments for students, senior citizens and refugees, as well as schools, daycare centers and senior care homes.
