Internship week Wiesbaden & Rheingau-Taunus

From June 8 to August 7, 2026, Wiesbaden will once again be part of the Hesse-wide internship week.

During the internship week, students have the opportunity to get to know different companies. To do this, they complete various internships, each of which lasts only one day. They can complete up to five of these internships during the entire event period. The internship days can, but do not have to, take place in a single week.

This allows students to become more familiar with individual professions and learn more about previously unknown career fields. They work directly with the relevant specialists and are allowed to take on many different tasks themselves.

The internship days therefore help students to find out which profession suits them and what training or study opportunities are available. They are a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience and strengthen their own career orientation. Students get to know the world of work better and can assess their strengths and interests more accurately. In addition, they find out early on which direction they would like to take after school.

Companies benefit from the internship days by discovering talent early on and getting to know potential future trainees. In addition, the internship days allow them to position themselves as attractive employers and thus secure skilled workers in the long term. Participation in such projects also strengthens valuable networks and promotes cooperation.

To participate in the internship week, both companies and students register free of charge on the platform. After registration, prospective interns are automatically matched with suitable companies based on their interests. Registration and matching are very simple and take very little time.
