Historic mustard mill Monschau
The mustard mill presents 21 varieties of handmade Moutarde de Montjoe, the famous Monschau mustard.
Monschau mustard, famous from radio and television, comes from the beautiful Eifel town of Monschau and is still produced as it was in 1882. We grind the mustard cold between heavy basalt lava stones to preserve the essential oils and thus the best quality - the decisive difference to industrial mustard, which you can taste. Whether sweet like honey-poppy mustard or spicy (green pepper, apple-horseradish or chili mustard), but also fruity (like fig, tomato and redcurrant) - you will find something for every taste.
