Monschau mustard, famous from radio and television, comes from the beautiful Eifel town of Monschau and is still produced as it was in 1882. We grind the mustard cold between heavy basalt lava stones to preserve the essential oils and thus the best quality - the decisive difference to industrial mustard, which you can taste.
