Registering a prostitution business
Trained employees at the Public Order Office are responsible for implementing the new Prostitution Protection Act (ProstSchG). They provide legal advice to operators of prostitution businesses with regard to the restricted area ordinance and its legal requirements. They issue the necessary permits for prostitution establishments, prostitution events and prostitution vehicles.
They also carry out on-site inspections of prostitution establishments to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
