Protestant day care center Dichterviertel of the Protestant Martin Luther parish
The Evangelische Kindertagesstätte Dichterviertel is located at Klopstockstraße 35 in the south-eastern part of Wiesbaden.
KiTa profile
From 01.08.2025, there will be the Ev. Kita Dichterviertel, initially at two locations: Roseggerstraße and Klopstockstraße.
From probably fall 2025, while the final location in Klopstockstraße is still undergoing structural changes, the children will be cared for at the location in Roseggerstraße. After completion, the Dichterviertel daycare center of the Evangelical Martin Luther Community Wiesbaden will then move to the Klopstockstraße property.
The Dichterviertel daycare center is a merger of the Sternenzelt, Käthe and Markus (Regenbogenkinder) daycare centers. This merger took place in the course of the transfer of the after-school care center to the elementary school.
Reservations for a daycare place can still be made via WiKITA, but from now on under the Dichterviertel Protestant Daycare Center.

Offers
The following services are part of the daycare center's care profile:
All-day structure with a shared meal culture across groups in the children's café and individual breakfast in the groups; designed as a socio-educational resonance space for relationships, orientation and learning integrated into everyday life.
Educational areas: co-constructive language development, nature and movement-oriented activities as well as aesthetic-cultural and music education impulses.
Project and pre-school work to promote self-efficacy, transition skills and life-world-related learning.
Inclusive practice based on clearly defined protection concepts and support for individual educational and development processes based on developmental psychology.
Participatory educational partnership in close cooperation with parents, families and church and community stakeholders.
Early musical education in cooperation with the Singakademie of the Martin Luther Church; it gives children early access to rhythm, voice and making music together.
Supplements
Partially open work: The children are assigned to fixed groups; we open selected rooms and pedagogically guided, cross-group activities at set times. Within this clear framework, the children can also make appointments with other children and decide for themselves which activities they would like to take part in.
Orientation framework + freedom: Clear structures provide security; at the same time, open phases promote independence, social skills and participative learning processes.
