Step 2: We will send you the access data for the Nextcloud file exchange platform by e-mail.

Step 3: You upload all the required application documents as PDF files within five working days.

Step 4: We transfer your digital documents to our system and get started.

After we have recorded your application documents, we will send you the file number and the access data for our digital file exchange platform Nextcloud by e-mail. Please make sure that all e-mail addresses in the application form are complete and correct and that it is signed.

You must then upload all the documents required to process your application in PDF format within five working days. Please ensure that the documents are no larger than DIN A3, that the quality of the uploaded documents and plans is sufficient and that they are clearly recognizable and legible.

The same procedure applies to additions or replacement plans.

So that we can quickly and reliably assign the individual PDF documents uploaded via Nextcloud, they must have standardized, predefined file names. These consist of a prefixed three-digit key number and a predefined designation for the respective building template.

You will find all the specified file names in the annex to this letter. Please only use these designations when uploading your file (e.g. "102_Nachweis Vertretungsvollmacht-[filename].pdf"). This will enable us to process your application quickly and smoothly.

We process your application purely digitally. You will only receive the certificate of completion itself together with a stamped paper copy by post until further notice. We will also make the certificate of seclusion available to you digitally in the file exchange folder.
