To ensure the participation and engagement of Biebrich residents, the Biebrich-Mitte Neighborhood Management serves as a central, easily accessible local point of contact throughout the urban development process. It serves as an interface between politics, administration, and residents, and organizes and moderates the meetings of the Biebrich Network (BieNe) as part of the Local Partnership in the neighborhood. The neighborhood office is operated by the International Federation IB Südwest gGmbH. 

In addition, the Biebrich-Mitte Neighborhood Management supports the decision-making body of the “Biebrich Citizens’ Budget” discretionary fund. This fund enables residents to support projects that benefit the neighborhood with up to 5,000 euros in a straightforward and unbureaucratic manner. The discretionary fund helps strengthen local engagement and make the neighborhood vibrant, attractive, and a great place to live.
