Local councils meet

The Erbenheim, Biebrich and Kloppenheim local councils will be meeting next week. At the public meetings, citizens have the opportunity to ask questions before the agenda is taken up.

The Erbenheim Local Advisory Council will meet on Tuesday, May 5, at 7:00 p.m., in the Erbenheim Community Center, Small Hall, Am Bürgerhaus 3. Agenda items include “Justus-von-Liebig-Schule Expansion to 6 Classes: Implementation Proposal,” “Municipal Heat Planning: Heat Plan,” and elections for representatives in the areas of neighborhood youth and integration. Faction motions address the items “Air Monitoring Station at the Moabiter Straße Soccer Field,” “Flughafenstraße, Rennbahnstraße – Upcoming Changes,” and “Additional Information Display Case for the Erbenheim Local Council.”  

The meeting of the Biebrich Local Advisory Board will take place on Wednesday, May 6, at 6:30 p.m., in the meeting room on the first floor of the Biebrich Local Administration Office, Rathausstraße 63. Among other things, members will discuss the items “Expansion of the WiMobil service area,” “Presentation of the (m)ein gesundes Wiesbaden project,” “Submissions for the 2027 budget,” and the local council’s financial resources. In addition, outgoing members will be bid farewell. 

The Kloppenheim Local Advisory Board will hold its upcoming meeting on Wednesday, May 6, at 7:00 p.m., at Restaurant Poseidon, Oberstraße 8. Topics to be discussed include “Municipal Heat Planning,” “Election of a District Youth Representative,” and “Discussion on the Election of the District Head.” A motion from a political group addresses the topic “Gathering a representative opinion of Kloppenheim residents regarding development within the framework of the land-use plan.”
