We plan and implement new construction and renovation projects, maintain existing buildings, and ensure that schools, daycare centers, administrative, and cultural buildings remain safe and functional in the long term.

Together with the property management authorities, we develop sustainable plans and create construction concepts, assess renovation needs, and accompany projects from the initial considerations to completion. In doing so, we place particular emphasis on high quality, cost certainty, and adherence to deadlines, and contribute to the preservation and continuation of building culture in Wiesbaden.

Even small construction projects and repairs are expertly supervised by our competent property management team.

We have a wide range of technical expertise in modern building technology, from electrical and HVAC systems to building automation and drinking water hygiene to technical inspections and special construction inspections. This is complemented by municipal energy management, which analyzes consumption data, optimizes systems, and develops energy concepts.

We provide various cross-sectional building management services for all municipal buildings at the Building Authority: negotiating and concluding rental agreements is one such service. Another task is cleaning management for municipal properties. We are currently implementing central CAFM (computer-aided facility management) software for all properties in the state capital of Wiesbaden.

Our workshop provides fast and practical support, carrying out repairs, inspections, maintenance, and technical emergency repairs. In this way, we combine planning, technology, and technical expertise.

Our aim is to contribute to ensuring that the municipal infrastructure remains sustainable, safe, and future-proof through good planning, expert advice, and technical quality.
