The Real Estate Office of the State Capital of Wiesbaden is responsible for the management, use and development of the city's real estate assets.
Our tasks include, in particular, the purchase and sale of land, the letting and leasing of municipal land and the development of land in the city area.
In addition, we process property rights and are involved in the exercise of municipal pre-emptive rights.

The Contracting and Procurement Division handles key tasks related to municipal procurement and contracting for the state capital of Wiesbaden.
The Purchase, Sale, and Project Development Division oversees real estate transactions and develops municipal land for future uses.
Real Estate Management is responsible for the administration of municipal properties.
