The Real Estate Office of the State Capital of Wiesbaden is responsible for the management, use and development of the city's real estate assets.
Our tasks include, in particular, the purchase and sale of land, the letting and leasing of municipal land and the development of land in the city area.
In addition, we process property rights and are involved in the exercise of municipal pre-emptive rights.

The Real Estate Office is divided into the following departments:
Contracts and Procurement handles key responsibilities in the municipal procurement and contracting processes of the state capital, Wiesbaden.
Purchasing, Sales, and Project Development oversees real estate transactions and develops municipal land for future uses.
Property Management is responsible for the administration of municipal land.
