The Office for Europe is part of the Department of Digital Transformation.
The Office coordinates the European affairs of the state capital of Wiesbaden.

- Organizing events on European topics for citizens and providing informational materials about the European Union.
- Promoting European opportunities, especially for young people, such as European student competitions or free Interrail tickets, as well as organizing its own events and implementing European projects for youth here in Wiesbaden.
- Identifying at an early stage legislative initiatives at the European level that could affect Wiesbaden’s interests and ensuring that the city can respond in a timely manner.
- Coordinating Wiesbaden’s membership in the EUROCITIES network—a European network of cities for the exchange of information in the areas of social affairs, the environment, urban development, and culture.
