The loss of an item can be upsetting and stressful for many people - be it a set of keys, a wallet or a cherished memento. Our aim is to reunite lost items with their owners.
Have you lost or found something? Our lost property office is your central point of contact for all matters relating to lost and found items. We ensure that lost items are returned to their owners safely and quickly and help you find lost items.

Lost property from bus routes does not fall under the jurisdiction of the municipal lost property office. In such cases, please contact the ESWE-Verkehr lost property office or the relevant transport company.
Lost property from trains or suburban trains is also not the responsibility of the municipal lost property office. In such cases, please contact the lost property office at Wiesbaden Central Station or the relevant terminus within the first 7 days after the loss, or contact the lost property office of Deutsche Bahn AG.
