WiBau GmbH was established primarily to implement operator models, mainly in school construction, for the State Capital of Wiesbaden (LHW). The basic principle is borrowed from so-called public-private partnerships (PPPs), with LHW’s own company serving as the private partner.

In this way, the City of Wiesbaden expands the scope of its own administration by adding a strategically important operational unit for the implementation of time-sensitive construction projects that cannot be accommodated in the capital budget on short notice. To this end, WiBau GmbH maintains a team of experienced professionals in the fields of construction and facility management.

Furthermore, WiBau GmbH offers construction management services (project preparation, tendering and contract award, project control, project management, technical and commercial construction supervision), general contractor services (assumption of all services required to realize previously defined deliverables), and facility management services (building and facility management).
