The Return-to-Work Pass (WiEPa) is an innovative project by BerufsWege für Frauen & Social Business Women e.V. designed to help women balance motherhood and their careers. It is aimed at women who are planning a family, are pregnant, on maternity leave, on parental leave, or returning to work. Through structured support, coaching, workshops, and the involvement of project guides in companies, WiEPa supports a successful transition back into the workforce.

At the same time, the project actively involves companies, HR departments, and executives, as well as external stakeholders such as unions and policymakers. In this way, WiEPa offers companies a practical tool that both addresses the shortage of skilled workers and promotes gender equality in the workplace.

By highlighting the potential of qualified women and supporting family-friendly work models, sustainable, future-proof structures are created for women, families, and companies.

The project is funded under the ESF+ Transformation of Work program.
