"With new energy through turbulent times!"

Martina Schmid, storm-tested trainer and coach with over 20 years of experience, introduced the Chinese philosophy of Kintsugi to strengthen energy levels. This involves looking with curiosity at energy thieves and extracting the positive from negative experiences.

She also sees acceptance as the key to change. Instead of attaching too much frustration to things that cannot be changed, we should accept and embrace them.

We should always check our own energy levels, just like we check the battery level of our cell phone every day. We should also become aware of our energy thieves and counteract them with our personal energy sources.

Tips on brain and power food at conferences

Robert Standfuß, head chef at BENNER's Bistronomie & Catering, followed on from the keynote speech and workshop and gave tips on brain and power food. For conferences in particular, it is important to mix meals with energizing foods and superfoods such as nuts, currants and lentils, and it is also possible to use regional products depending on the season.

Overall, society's demands on eating habits have increased and the focus is more on healthy and low-fat food. Taking time to eat and enjoy food is the key to recharging your energy levels.

Wiesbaden On Ice

Afterwards, the participants were able to enjoy the special atmosphere of Wiesbaden on Ice with a hot drink on the bowling green.

From November to January, Wiesbaden's Bowling Green in front of the Kurhaus is transformed into Germany's largest mobile ice rink, delighting skating fans of all ages. On the 2,500 m² ice rink in front of the backdrop of the illuminated Kurhaus, you can do plenty of pirouettes. Five curling rinks can also be hired exclusively by companies, for example for a winter company event. In addition, the culinary offerings of the Wiesbaden and Rheingau restaurants leave nothing to be desired.
