Your job? Everything under control!
You will take on organizational and commercial tasks such as correspondence, creating presentations, managing appointments, and purchasing external services. You will also look after customers and assist with price calculations, order processing, and invoicing. In Wiesbaden's tourism sector, you will work confidently with booking systems, organize programs for guests, and be their central point of contact to ensure they have a positive experience during their stay.
Your tasks? Much more than just desk work!
Classic office tasks combined with exciting assignments in the tourism sector
- You will be responsible for creating tourism offers and programs
- You will book hotels and services with external service providers and organize city tours
- You will advise and support customers
- You will ensure that bookings and reservations are processed smoothly.
- You will write invoices and reports
- You will work with various software and reservation systems, supported by AI
