Building inspections
In addition to administrative orders—including those based on the provisions of the Hessian Building Code (HBO) and the Hessian Historic Preservation Act (HDSG)—the recurring safety inspections of special structures are among the responsibilities of this division. In addition, this division handles appeals and fine proceedings (for administrative offenses) and addresses fundamental legal issues.
