From 22 to 28 September 2025, a total of 14 industrial employers presented themselves at the Zukunftswerk in the Luisenforum Wiesbaden together with the Employment Agency and the Wiesbaden Chamber of Industry and Commerce. On the second floor and in the transition to the parking garage, visitors were given exciting insights into training and career opportunities, diverse job profiles and attractive entry and development opportunities.

There was a great deal of interest. Numerous school pupils, students, young professionals, specialists and jobseekers took the opportunity to talk directly to HR managers. In addition to information on training, master's and diploma theses or work contracts, the focus was on personal advice and discussions.

Many guests were impressed by the openness of the companies and the uncomplicated opportunity to get to know local employers.
