Pop-up industry job fair in the city center 2026

The small pop-up job fair in downtown Wiesbaden will once again open its doors from September 22 to 26, 2026, to skilled workers and employees looking for a career change, as well as college students and high school students. A project of the Department of Economic Affairs and Employment as part of the WI WORK LIFE | Industry skilled workforce initiative.

Department for Economy and Employment

From September 22 to 26, 2026, the “Zukunftswerk” at the Luisenforum will serve as a hub for careers and the future: 12 industrial companies from Wiesbaden will showcase themselves as attractive employers and highlight a wide range of opportunities related to apprenticeships, career entry, and personal development.

In addition, the Employment Agency, the Wiesbaden Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), and HESSENMETALL Rhein-Main-Taunus will provide information about their support and counseling services—ranging from career guidance and training opportunities to individual questions about careers and continuing education.

Whether you’re looking for an apprenticeship, a new job, or your next career move: the pop-up job fair offers the chance to easily strike up a conversation with hiring managers without an appointment. Visitors will gain insights into a wide range of apprenticeship and career opportunities, exciting job profiles, individual development prospects, as well as entry-level and career advancement opportunities. In addition, companies will provide information on topics for master’s and diploma theses, work contracts, and other attractive offers.

The event is aimed at anyone who wants to actively shape their professional future:

  • Professionals looking for a change
  • Young professionals
  • High school students
  • College students
  • Job seekers
  • Anyone interested in getting to know the companies

Just stop by, network, and discover the exciting opportunities Wiesbaden’s industrial sector has to offer!

Exclusive time slots for school groups

Department for Economy and Employment

Once again this year, school classes have the opportunity to reserve their own one-hour time slot online to visit the pop-up job fair.

During this time, students in 9th grade and above can interact with the participating companies in a relaxed atmosphere, ask questions about apprenticeship opportunities, and gain initial insights into various professional fields and career paths.

The companies’ HR representatives are looking forward to meeting you, answering your questions, and showing you exciting prospects for your professional future!
