By the way: The Neroberg has been officially used as a vineyard since 1525—that’s 500 years. On the nearly four-hectare steep slope—thanks in part to stony gneiss soils and loess content—the Riesling vines thrive here particularly well. If you’d like to learn more about the Neroberg and viticulture, you can join this guided tour (opens in a new tab).
