Twinkling Star Christmas Market

From November 23rd to December 23rd, handicrafts, gastronomy and a varied program attract visitors to the shooting star market. Premiere this year: There is a separate market for children on Luisenplatz.

After a year of suspension, visitors can look forward to the 19th shooting star market this year. Christmas accessories and gift items are offered at almost 90 stands. There are also 16 snack stands and the historic horse carousel in front of the town hall. The 2G model according to CoSchuV applies to the catering sector: Access only for recovered or vaccinated people as well as children and young people under 18 years of age with proof of test.

Four large illuminated lilies form the usual festive setting around the market area, which is atmospherically illuminated by 21 smaller lilies. The Christmas tree - a 23 meter high spruce - was set up on November 8th next to the town hall.
